Introduction aux modules de formation

Bienvenue dans la section des modules de formation du projet FarmElder.

Avant que vous ne commenciez à lire et à suivre les cours, nous aimerions vous donner une vue d’ensemble des modules de formation développés et vous présenter brièvement leur application. Veuillez lire attentivement cette introduction afin d’acquérir autant de compétences et de connaissances que possible dans le cadre de ce cours.

1. Compétences, connaissances et attitudes nécessaires dans l'agriculture sociale pour et avec les personnes âgées

Avant de commencer à travailler sur les modules de formation, nous avons effectué des recherches pour identifier les principaux problèmes et défis de l’agriculture sociale avec les personnes âgées. Nous avons analysé le matériel et les études existants, discuté avec des praticiens et examiné des exemples sur le terrain.

La réalisation de recherches approfondies nous a permis d’identifier les domaines dans lesquels il est nécessaire d’offrir des possibilités de formation supplémentaires. Les résultats de la recherche et les études de cas sont désormais disponibles en tant que publications sur le site web de FarmElder (www.farmelder.eu) et leur lecture est recommandée pendant le cours.

2. Temps approximatif nécessaire pour compléter tous les modules

Les modules de formation fournissent des informations spécifiques sur l’agriculture sociale pour les personnes âgées et donnent un aperçu de la pratique ainsi que des histoires inspirantes, en particulier pour ceux qui envisagent de s’impliquer davantage et de fournir des services sociaux dans leur propre ferme.

Nous vous recommandons d’étudier les modules en profondeur et de ne pas vous précipiter. Prenez votre temps et parcourez-les peut-être plusieurs fois, voire encore et encore si nécessaire.

En fonction de votre vitesse d’apprentissage et de l’unité en question, vous devriez prendre au moins 45 à 60 minutes pour parcourir chaque unité dans son intégralité.

3. Principes d'auto-apprentissage - comment utiliser les modules de formation

Nous avons conçu les modules de formation de manière à ce qu’ils puissent être utilisés dans toute l’Europe et qu’ils soient également utiles à un large éventail de lecteurs.

Comment utiliser les modules de formation :

  • Vous pouvez parcourir tous les modules très rapidement pour avoir une vue d’ensemble du contenu, puis vous concentrer une deuxième fois de manière plus intensive sur les sujets qui vous intéressent personnellement.
  • Parcourez tous les modules étape par étape, car l’ensemble du contenu de l’analyse des besoins au début du projet a été condensé, ce qui permet de transmettre un large éventail de connaissances importantes. Tout ne sera pas pertinent dans votre situation actuelle, mais peutêtre le sera-t-il à l’avenir.
  • Parcourez les modules seul ou en groupe et échangez vos résultats ou votre avis sur ce qui est proposé.
